DHANK FINANCE LLC ("DHANK FINANCE", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the DHANK FINANCE mobile app and the website dhankfinance.com (together, the "Service"), how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

When you create an account or submit a loan request in the Service, we collect the details you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, home address, employment and income information, and bank details — together with your consent for us and our partners to contact you.
• Automatically collected information. We collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, device and screen characteristics, referring page, and usage data) to operate, secure, and improve the Service. In the app, we also collect device type, app version and similar technical data.
• Contact information. If you contact us directly (for example, by email at mail@dhankfinance.com), we retain the content of that correspondence.

2. How we use your information

• To process and forward your loan request to third-party lenders and lending networks in our partner network;
• To communicate with you about your request, including by calls, text messages, and emails as described in the consent you provide;
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service and our services;
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. How we share your information

We share the information you submit with lenders and lending networks so they can evaluate your request and contact you with potential offers, as authorized by the consent you provide. We may also share information with service providers who assist us in operating the Service, and where required by law or to protect our rights. Lenders and partners in our network may compensate us when we share your request with them. Under the laws of some states, this may be considered a "sale" of personal information. You can ask us to stop sharing your information for this purpose by emailing mail@dhankfinance.com with the subject "Do not sell or share".

4. Data security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit — designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using commercially reasonable measures.

5. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing mail@dhankfinance.com from the address you used in the Service. You can update your details in the app under Menu → Account details and delete your account under Menu → Delete account. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.
